Use Cases

C) Non-IT companies unaware of the benefits of integrating IT processes into their business

The customer base here would be non-traditional IT companies that are not involved in the IT world really at all (outside of perhaps a website or social media accounts).  Although you do not develop software, you can definitely benefit from processes used primarily in the IT world!

Problems that may arise:

    1. You are a music studio (or other non-traditional environment) taking on large studio projects but are not familiar at all with formal Project Management and how this can help them in their day to day planning

    2. You are a music studio (or other non-traditional environment) taking on large studio projects and run into many issues (sound engineering or other) but do not have a means of properly tracking these issues

    3. You are a cleaning service company cleaning 1000s of houses, offices and apartments a week but have no means of tracking or priotizing your workload

    4. The above could apply to many other non-traditional IT companies such as law firms, government agencies, etc.

Solutions:
