  • •   Responsible for high-level strategic management and process improvements across various IT teams (Product, Dev, Testing, Infrastructure, Hosting and Service Desk)

    •   Experience managing projects both traditionally (i..e via MS Project) and also within Agile teams (using tools such as JIRA Portfolio)

    •   Experience as both Scrum Master and Product Owner within Agile based teams

    •      Performed detailed fraud checks on different Casino games & players for our clients

    •      Managed / Prioritized Support Ticket queue

    •      Mentored / Trained new hires

    •      Investigated / fixed technical issues on Game / SDK application servers

    •      Created detailed Incident Reports for client's following outages & service degradations

    •      Performed On-Call duties providing Emergency Support on managed servers in our Infrastructure
